BEWARE - Car Jacking

A WARNING FROM THE POLICE
The scene is set! You return to your car in the car park, start the engine and put the car into reverse. Then you notice in your rear-view mirror that there is a piece of paper stuck in the middle of the rear window, so you stop the car and jump out to remove the paper that is obstructing your view. You reach the back of the car and that is when the car-jackers appear out of nowhere, jump in your car and drive off (nearly running you over in the process). If you are a lady, odds on that your handbag is still in the car containing all your confidential information. Your home and your whole identity are now compromised.
The police advise that if you do see such a piece of paper stuck to your back window you should lock your door and just drive away. Remove the paper later.
This is not a joke, please heed the advice and take care.
